Piscine di San Samuele, calle de le Carrozze -si, they truly used to pass through here.
The entrance is lined up near many other access points in the area.
Our entrance is independent and leads to a raised landing, very useful as a hallway, which invites us to take the stairs on the right.
We arrive at the first floor, where we find the heart of the home's resting area.
At the end of the corridor, the bathroom, the only one in the property, is cool and modern, with a window and a shower.
Through the corridor, one accesses the large master bedroom, furnished with sumptuous Rubelli silks, spacious wardrobes on the wall opposite the traditional fireplace, and fine wooden chests of drawers.
The second bedroom, with two single beds or a double bed if needed, has more neutral tones thanks to the wallpaper covering it; it is very quiet thanks to the double glazing on the window, which can be found in every room.
Climbing the last flight of stairs, we finally arrive at the spacious living room.
With a French window spanning the entire wall, sunlight is the true protagonist.
From here, there is access to the private terrace, an outdoor stage for sunset aperitifs, early morning coffees, and romantic dinners.
The kitchen is located on the same floor as the living room, in a separate room.
Fully equipped with tableware, cutlery, and pots ready to recreate recipes from all over the world.
Available from November to March.
San Marco is the heart of the city of Venice, the best-known and most prestigious sestiere; from any point one is walking distance from both Piazza San Marco and Teatro della Fenice. This area is also very well served by all Vaporetto lines and by the gondola traghetto; it is also possible to reach any corner of Venice in less than ten minutes.
The property is located in the San Samuele/Santo Stefano area, the most residential part of San Marco. Far from tourist flows and enriched by numerous museums and galleries, it is home to Palazzo Grassi and Palazzo Fortuny, among others.Mostra di più
