A staircase leads to the first floor, where six suites in the sleeping area are lined up, separated by a hallway where a study and a small sitting room also open. The oak parquet is new, but follows exactly that of the original, now unrecoverable. And on the walls, there is wallpaper that opens bright and serene scenes. The property is surrounded by 20,000 sqm of meticulously maintained park and includes an annexe of 130 sqm for a caretaker and a tennis court for fun with friends and family.
